Though the heat is still hanging on here at Maya* Austin, in other parts of the country it's actually starting to cool off. While the fair weather is welcome, it leaves many of us wondering what to do with those cute summer dresses we bought over the last few months. Simple solution: Accessories! Turn that warm-weather wardrobe fall-friendly with layers, blazers and boots! Over-sized sweaters on top of light cardigans create a casual look, while tailored blazers still reign as the "put-together-appearance" king. Boots in all shapes and sizes are beginning to replace sandals. Over-the-knee or ankle, heels or flats, boots are a great way to keep warm and fashionable no matter what the style. Keep in mind, this season's big colors are charcoal and camel so bring out your neutrals. Not to say we can't add pops of bright color with skinny scarves, satchels and clutches.
